We collect only enough information from you to allow us to process your order and deliver your goods. Information is not shared with or passed on to any third party.

We use industry standard encryption to send sensitive information to our payment processor Sage Pay for debit and credit card payments. Payments made via Paypal are processed on Paypal's secure site.

We are fully PCI compliant.

Delivery

We charge you for delivery what it costs us. Delivery charges are shown in your Basket and depend on the weight & length of the goods you order and where your delivery address is located. We ship anywhere in the UK and Ireland, a signature will be required.

Delivery of Goods

Orders placed before noon for boxed items will be delivered on the next working day as standard.

Orders placed before noon for longer items, cladding for example will be delivered within two working days.

Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands & Ireland may take longer due to logistics.

Sometimes we may have your order despatched from an alternate location. If you are thinking of visiting us in person, contact us first to ensure we have what you are looking for.

If we are aware of a problem with the availability of any item after you have placed an order we will contact you via email as soon as possible.

Damaged Good

If your goods are damaged in transit to you, please sign for them as “damaged” with the carrier and notify us immediately, if this is not possible please notify us as soon as possible thereafter as we have a limited time to claim against the carrier.

In the event of goods being found faulty after delivery please report within forty eight hours and we will advise for their return and replacement to be sent.

Cancellation or Return of goods

If goods are to be returned or an order is cancelled for any reason after dispatch and a full refund including the original delivery cost is required then the entire order needs to be returned back to us within seven working days. It is the customer’s legal obligation to take reasonable care of the goods once in their possession, for the return of said goods they will need to be in good condition and sent with the original packaging in order to be accepted for return, a refund cannot be given if the goods are in poor condition.

If a refund or reimbursement is payable to you, we will transfer the money using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase as soon as possible. If we cannot refund via the original payment then a cheque will be raised to the address on the order.

Return postage is at the customers own cost and risk, with this in mind we would recommend that you return the items via registered post and please clearly state on the invoice the reason for return.

Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Lost Parcels

If you do not receive your delivery in the expected time frame please let us know as soon as possible.

Goods are usually delivered within two working days and if they are not received within seven working days we will send the goods again. It is important that you inform us as soon as you can so we can track the delivery and try to find it quickly.
